About
NEXUS was founded and is led by Amram Kohen, a senior manager and strategic advisor with more than fifteen years of experience in strategic management, business and economic development, and cross-sector leadership.
Throughout his career, Amram has managed teams, budgets and large-scale programs, working with businesses and entrepreneurs, local authorities, government ministries and public bodies. In senior roles within Israel’s Maof small-business support network, he led regional operations, business-support programs and cross-organizational initiatives - connecting leaders, partners and stakeholders to turn decisions into results on the ground.
That experience shaped a principle at the heart of NEXUS: a good plan alone does not create change. Progress happens when people understand the logic, feel ownership and receive leadership that builds trust, mobilizes them and sustains action.
Amram has been connected to computing and technology from a young age and has focused deeply on artificial intelligence in recent years. He completed the Hebrew University AI Strategy for Managers program - a natural bridge between strategy, growth and efficiency, and technology that expands human capability.
His deep understanding of small and medium-sized businesses, organizations and local authorities enables NEXUS to address both the business objective and the people expected to deliver it - with senior, practical guidance grounded in real operating conditions.
